  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Damage deposits will be returned to the tenants should the unit be given back in the exact same condition for which it was given. A move in and move out inspection will be done in order to document the conditions of the unit. Should there be any dispute on the deposit, the NB Rentalsman will act as the mediator.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: All application procedures start from our online listings – look for the “APPLY HERE” button and begin the process. If you incur any issues, or have any specific questions – you may call the office staff at 506.204.8440
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Rent can be paid via pre-authorised debit or etransfer. We do not accept cash payments.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
